About Michaela

Hi my names Michaela I have over 11 years of experience working with infants and children through both private nannying positions and daycare/preschool settings. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have had the privilege of nannying for two families beginning when their children were just 6 months old, providing attentive and dependable care during important early developmental stages. One of the families incorporated a Montessori-based approach, which gave me valuable hands-on experience supporting child-led learning, independence, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
