Hi! My name is Michaela, and I have over 11 years of childcare experience in both daycare and private nanny settings. I have a special passion for caring for infants and toddlers and love watching little ones grow, learn, and reach new milestones! My priority is creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children feel happy, secure, and supported. With my Montessori background, I enjoy encouraging development through age-appropriate activities, sensory play, reading, music, and outdoor exploration. I pride myself on being patient, attentive, dependable, and respectful of each family's routines and parenting preferences.
