About Michaela

Hi, I'm Michaela-but most people just call me M. I'm a birth and death doula, CNA, Med Tech, and a single mama who believes every part of life deserves care-with grit, grace, and a sense of humor. Under The Phoenix Doula, I walk with families through pregnancy and postpartum. Under Alma & Aster, I hold space at the end of life-softly, sacredly. I'm CPR certified, trauma-informed, DONA + ICEA trained, bilingual (English/Spanish), and Spinning Babies trained (Aug 2025). I've supported newborns, neurodivergent kids, dementia patients, and families just trying to get through the day. Whether it's swaddling a baby or sitting vigil at the bedside, I bring presence, practicality, and soul. I believe we're made of stardust and earth-and I care like it. Let's talk.
