About Michaela

I am an experienced nanny and childcare provider and absolutely love working with kids. I've worked for 5 years as a pre-K through grade 6 art educator in AZ. I have nannying experience and have worked as an aide to children with special needs. I enjoy facilitating arts and crafts, games, imaginative play, and outdoor exploration. I am attentive and interactive and encourage curiosity, creativity, and compassion. I find joy in learning new things, reading, singing along to music, crafting, and being outdoors. I'm currently in Seattle through early October. I'm looking to help out a family or two with daytime or evening care. I prefer not to work more than 6 hours consecutively. I am comfortable with small dogs but not cats. I have allergies so a fragrance-free environment is ideal. I have a car and a clean driving record. I have child CPR/ first aid training and fingerprint clearance. I never smoke. I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19. References and resume on request.
