About Michaela

Building connections with others, especially children, has always come naturally to me. I enjoy creating a sense of safety and trust, paying attention to individual needs, and helping people feel seen, supported, and understood. I am patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy encouraging growth and confidence in others. I am pursuing a degree in Social Work, which is currently on pause, but I remain committed to continuing my education and building a career in a helping profession. My volunteer experience with All Out Adventures strengthened my ability to support individuals with diverse needs, while my work experience has helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
