About Michaela

I obtained my CNA license in 2015 and have worked in an assisted living location. During my time there I: Preserved resident dignity and minimized discomfort by responding promptly to resident calls, assisted residents with daily activities through strong interpersonal skills and transferred residents using assistive devices, complied with HIPAA standards in all patient documentation and interactions, ensured the accurate, timely flow of information by maintaining records, updating health care team on patients status, and maintaining a professional work ethic. While I have not continued the path of being a CNA, my passion for helping others has remained strong. I hope I can assist your loved ones in any way I can.
