About Michaela

Hi, my name is Michaela, and I am based in North Las Vegas. I have several years of experience working with children ranging from newborns to 12 years old, and I am currently pursuing my education to become a teacher. I am passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and confidence in a safe and nurturing environment. I also have two years of experience as a behavioral technician in both school and home settings. In this role, I have worked closely with children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum, using patience, structure, and positive reinforcement to help them learn, communicate, and thrive. I love bringing creativity and fun into my time with children. I enjoy outdoor activities, painting, music, arts and crafts, and swimming, and I strive to keep kids engaged, active, and happy. I am reliable, attentive, and dedicated to creating a supportive space where every child feels safe, understood, and encouraged.
