About Michaela

Hi! I'm an outgoing, optimistic, and dependable caregiver with years of experience working with children of all ages through church children's ministry, summer camps, youth programs, and teaching internships. I began working with kids in middle school and have since served as an Assistant Children's Ministry Director intern, camp counselor, and leader for both small and large groups of children. I'm passionate about creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. I'm comfortable helping with meals, activities, homework, bedtime routines, and keeping children active and entertained throughout the day. My goal is always to make children feel supported while giving parents peace of mind. I hope to become a school teacher in the future, so gaining experience working with children is something I truly enjoy and value. Parents can count on me to be patient, responsible, hardworking, and genuinely invested in helping their children thrive.
