About Michaela

I'd describe my personality as friendly, laughs easily, cheerful, energetic, and caring. I like working with kids because they are fun to be around and have great imaginations. I love making kids laugh and enjoy doing activities with them. I'm looking for a job that is with a family I can build a great ongoing relationship with. I started working with kids when I was young, my aunt lived next door to me growing up and ran a daycare in her home. I grew up helping her after school and during summers. I come from a big family and I've always taken care of younger cousins. I like to craft, love scrapbooking and painting. I played sports like softball and track. I read and like to watch movies. I enjoy spending time and traveling with my friends and family. I'm fluent in American Sign Language, I took it 3 years in High School because one of my closest cousins is Deaf. My skills include relating with kids at their level, entertaining them, and doing activities and craft projects.
