About Michaela

I began working with kids at 12 as a mother's helper, progressing to babysitting and nannying during my teenage years. In college, I worked at a daycare while pursuing my nursing degree and later spent 4 years in pediatric oncology. Recently, I transitioned to a full-time career in marketing. With 14 years of childcare experience, I've had the privilege of supporting many families and enriching children's lives. I'm creative and always find fun, educational ways to engage kids. I believe in open communication and follow parents' preferred methods to keep them informed and address concerns. I respect household rules and adapt to children's interests, whether making slime or playing with dolls. My degree, healthcare experience, and CPR/First Aid certifications ensure I provide a safe, nurturing environment for children.
