About Michaela

I am Montessori certified and have worked in childcare for 10+ years. I also have child development coursework. I'm looking for a job in which I can care for 1-3 children in my home alongside my 4 or old son and 6 no old daughter. I have a passion for early education. I love to incorporate learning into daily activities. I do not have a TV in my living room to ensure days are filled with connection and meaningful activity. I'd describe my personality as warm, playful, and positive. In my spare time, I like to paint, crochet, read, and learn new skills. My skills include helping children with emotional regulation, creating engaging and fun activities, positive gentle discipline, and knowledge of child development principles.
