About Michaela

I'd describe my personality as warm, playful, and positive I like working with kids because they are what I strive to be; sincere, loving, fun, and always learning. I'm looking for a job in which I can care for 2-3 children in my home alongside my 1-year-old son. I started working with children professionally when I was 18. I have 2 years experience as a nanny, 3 years in a daycare setting. I have experience with children with autism and other nuero diversities. In my spare time, I like to paint, crochet, read, and learn new skills. My skills include helping children with emotional regulation, creating engaging and fun activities, positive gentle discipline, and knowledge of child development principles.
