About Micayla

Hi there! I'm Micayla, I'm 25, and I'm a recent community college grad with an associate degree in psychology. I've been babysitting and caregiving for over 10 years, and I have a lot of experience caring for children and individuals of different ages, abilities, and support needs, including individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. I'm comfortable with routines, feeding schedules, bedtimes and naptimes, light housekeeping, pets, and, of course, playtime. With my background in psychology, I have a strong understanding of child development, emotions, communication, and behavior, and I try to bring patience, warmth, and understanding into every family I work with.
