About Mica

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest professional joy. With 10 years of experience, I provide patient, creative care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes First Aid Training and CPR Training, alongside dedicated experience supporting children with special needs. I am highly comfortable enforcing your established household rules to ensure consistency. Whether we are solving puzzles, playing educational games, or exploring new technology, I focus on fostering growth and development. I prioritize clear communication and am happy to follow your preferred method for daily updates. My goal is to make a meaningful, positive impact on your family's life every single day. I truly look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted partner in your children's journey.
