I had experience caring for alzheimers patient as a live-in caregiver during Covid (16 months) and as a companion caregiver for more mobile patients. for one person I was part pt trainer and part sous chef since she couldn't physically cook anymore. She got to use me like Ratatouille to bring her family recipes to life. I have an art degree, am a landlord, and am building a commercial kitchen in my building, so I have a few things to talk about. I also garden and do a lot of preservation of my crops. Lots of jams and jellies, plus vinegars and even mead.
