About Micah

Hi! I'm Micah, a Computer Science student with experience tutoring students in math, electronics, and study skills. My goal isn't just to help students get the right answer it's to help them understand why the answer is correct. I use a step-by-step teaching approach: first I demonstrate while the student watches, then we work through problems together, then the student takes the lead while I provide guidance, and finally the student works independently while I observe and give feedback. This helps build confidence, understanding, and long-term problem-solving skills. I believe every student can learn when concepts are explained in a way that makes sense to them. I strive to create a patient, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
