I have 7 years of experience. I can help with Bathing/Grooming/Hygiene and Stimming Attendance. I grew up in Eastern Europe! I did not have access to any disability services growing up. I only found out later that many of my issues could be traced back to undiagnosed autism, ADHD, and some chronic pain. I feel that I missed out on a lot of my childhood because my disabilities went unsupported. So I've made it my life's mission to be what I needed when I was younger. I'm a very patient, but firm, person, with a Montessori philosophy of behavior management and learning. I'm a strong believer that behavior is communication, and rules are best if they are based on trust and boundaries. I'm working on getting my Master's right now. During the school year, I work as a para educator in an MD resource room, but I am available on the semester.
