I am junior at Indiana Wesleyan University, where I am double majoring in Elementary Education and Exceptional Needs Education. I have successfully completed two of my Exceptional Needs practicums - meaning I have spent two semesters learning from a Special Needs teacher and teaching in their classrooms. I have worked closely with students who are diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, Autism, Emotional Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities. I believe all children have the right to a fun, engaging, and safe environment - at home or at school.
