About Micah

I am seeking regular work over Summer 2025. In Fall 2025 I will begin working as a substitute teacher. My professional experience working with youth includes being a middle school math tutor, mental health paraprofessional in a residential setting, a college access program staffer, camp counselor, daycare worker and nanny. I am adept at getting to know youth as unique individuals and I remain sensitive to their emotional and physical needs. I value being present with others, so I am practiced at not using my phone in social settings. I am ready and excited to be focused and actively engaged in activities! I am on time, communicative, and reliable. I have my own transportation. I drive safely. My Basic Life Skills certification with the American Heart Association expired in October 2024 and I will re-certify since I am returning to working with youth.
