About Micah

I like working with kids because I desire for each one to feel connection and self-worth towards their world and themselves. I enjoy seeing life in a new perspective through the eyes of each child. I understand the the pressures of being a parent solely responsible for the kids and household without assistance. I hope I can relieve some of those pressures and give added peace to the home. I started working with kids when I was a young child. Helping my mother with foster kids and siblings from age 5. I became a full-time nanny by age 15. I'm a mother of 3 ages 15+. I have been through every stage. I have a clean driving record. I have worked as a substitute teacher for 5 years, specializing in SpEd. My last job was with AltaPointe in full-time residential care for special needs adults. These jobs have taught me risk-assessment & routine
