About Micaela

I am a loving childcare provider and mother that believes childhood is a time to wonder and grow. Expect sensory play, experimentation with light, color, movement and music. I love to be outdoors in nature and allow children to explore the world around them and enjoy gross motor play in safe spaces. I love cooking and introducing health meals and snacks to children. I think routine in meal time, diapering/potty and sleep schedule make a child feel safe and grounded. One thing you should know about me is I believe if you didn't get dirty you didn't have fun! While I do love boundaries I also believe that childhood should be slow and meaningful and I embrace the mess! Kids love routine. I like making sure children in my care always know what to expect, but I also allow children to fully immerse themself in the flow of play. I am calm under pressure, patient and loving, I also like being silly. I hope I have a chance to meet you and your family!
