About Micaela

Hi! I'm Mica. I have 6+ years of babysitting experience with kids from 4 months to 11 years old, including twins and multi-child households. I spent the past 4 years working with Elmhurst families while attending Elmhurst University, and still help many of them with date nights and overnights. I'd describe myself as bubbly, energetic, and patient. I love working with kids because I get to see the world from their perspective and be part of their growth and milestones. I'm very hands-on, love being silly with them, and just enjoying life as they grow up. I keep kids engaged through crafts, outdoor play, and fun, active routines, and I also speak Spanish and can incorporate it if desired. I'm comfortable with infants, bedtime routines, driving, and light household help. I also love animals and dog sit, so pets are never an issue. I'd love to find a family where I can feel like part of the team and create a safe, fun environment for everyone.
