About Micaela

Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in math, music, anf Taekwondo, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess your student's learning style through active listening and observation, ensuring my methods align with their needs. When concepts become challenging, I break problems into manageable steps and connect lessons to personal interests to maintain momentum. I believe open communication is the foundation of a successful partnership, and I provide regular updates to keep you informed. Seeing a student master a difficult skill and gain genuine self-assurance is the most rewarding part of my work. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications and am comfortable working alongside your pets. I truly look forward to helping your student thrive and discover the joy of learning.
