About Mia

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind and passionate. I like working with kids because they bring joy and magic into the world. I also think every kid should have a good role model to look up to. Someone to remind them that they can be who they want to be and help guide them to express themselves and be the amazing humans they are meant to be. I started working with kids when I was 10. I was babysitting for my aunt and then from there started babysitting for her friends and so on. In my spare time, I like to make music, go on hikes and hang out with my loved ones One thing you should know about me is I adore playing games. Tag, hide and seek, board games etc. you name it and I'll play it! My skills include: • keeping children occupied with activities rather than screens • helping out with big emotions and holding the space for them to feel it and then providing a solution • for babies and younger kids I have changed diapers , given bottles and put them down for naps.
