About mia

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, hardworking, and driven. I like working with kids because it is incredibly rewarding and usually a lot of fun for me. I love getting to be creative and learning about each child's unique personality and interests. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I babysat family friends' children and was a tennis instructor for kids of all ages. In my spare time, I like to read and sew. I also like to stay active by going on hikes and playing pickleball with my family. I am currently a nursing student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and I'm looking for a summer childcare position where I can bring my passion for helping others and my experience with kids to a fun and nurturing environment.
