About Mia
Experience: 5 yrs
Throughout my 6 years of tutoring experience at Mathnasium and Carnegie Mellon University (where I received my Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience), I've learned how to empower students to reach their full potential and adapt my teaching style to fit their needs. I have experience in tutoring students from ages 5 to college, and am confident in math (early math through calculus), science (chemistry, biology), history and social studies, and english and reading. Additionally, I am confident in teaching children with neurodivergence, and am a certified Emergency Medical Technician. I look forward to helping your child learn!
