About Mia

Hi! I'm Mia, a medical student with a background in aeronautical physics, theoretical mathematics, and nanomedicine. I scored a 1580 on the SAT, a 34 on the ACT, and a 526 on the MCAT. I was an EMT and former collegiate swimmer, which has shaped my discipline, communication skills, patience, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I have experience working with children and students of various ages and learning styles. I enjoy helping students build confidence & master challenging material in math, science, & test prep in a clear and engaging way. Whether your student needs help with homework, studying, organization, or exam preparation, I tailor my approach to their individual needs. My goal is to help students improve both their performance & their confidence. I reserve the right to adjust rates based on distance, travel time, and subject matter. Rates will be confirmed prior to booking and a contract to be signed prior to any services given. I will have a website up soon!
