As a creative individual studying early childhood education, I love designing activities and lesson plans tailored to each child's unique needs and interests. My childcare journey began at 13 when I started babysitting for my family members, and since I have gained extensive experience caring for children for 2 months to 12 years old in daycare, school and home settings. Mian is so incredible – – she is kind, a great listener, hard-working, a great communicator and most importantly, so present with our kids! She Is the kind of person who makes every moment count – – my kids absolutely love her. She also helps out around the house while the kids are sleeping, which is a huge added value for our family. We have been hiring her for years, and she continues to show up with a huge heart and a willing spirit!
