About Mia

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I specialize in tailoring my approach to meet each student's unique needs. I assess your learning style by actively listening and observing how you engage with new material. To keep you motivated through challenging concepts, I break complex problems into manageable steps and connect lessons to your personal interests. I believe open communication with both you and your parents is essential for tracking progress and achieving your academic goals. Whether we are tackling math, science, or test preparation, I find it incredibly rewarding to watch you reach those significant milestones. I look forward to supporting your growth and celebrating your successes as we work toward your goals together.
