About Mia

My name is Mia, I am 21 and just graduated from university with a BS in Global Business! I have been involved in childcare for many, many years. Growing up, I helped a lot with my three siblings, and I was taking care of my younger cousins at family gatherings. I have also regularly babysat and supervised many kids through volunteering, part-time work, and in a few daycares. Most recently I was an au pair abroad, and have been with a family routinely while I was at university. I have been around kids as young as 5 months to 12 yrs old and I've learned a lot from each of my roles. I think because I grew up being a caregiver, I am more responsible and patient, and I believe I am a kind and genuine person, so I enjoy helping out where I can. To get to know me beyond my experience, I love cooking - typically very clean, I enjoy traveling abroad - I just got back from Palau, and I've lived with pets in the home my whole life so I am am great with them!
