About Miah

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, diligent, and resilient I like working with kids because I grew up around so many. I'm the oldest of 6 kids so I was always looking after others even to this day. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and offers more experience overall. Something that can help me in the meantime while I transition to going back to school. I started working with kids when I was roughly 16 years old. Looking after kids for families who couldn't afford childcare and petsitting as well. In my spare time, I like to draw. I dye my hair often and love whipping up a nice cup of coffee hot or iced at home. One thing you should know about me is being an older sister has allowed me to be knowledgeable in handling children. I'm very tech savvy with parental controls and navigating content online. My skills include de-escalating conflict, making sure kids feel seen, and teaching kindness and patience's with those around them.
