Hi! I'm Miah, and I'm a patient, caring, and dependable caregiver with a passion for supporting children with special needs! I focus on creating a calm, safe, and positive environment while helping kids build confidence and feel understood. I currently work in the W. E. S. T. program (Working to Empower Students Together), where I support students with emotional and behavioral challenges. I have experience helping with routines, emotional regulation, and daily activities, and I always meet each child where they're at. I also have my paraprofessional license, my Infant & Toddler CDA, and I'm in college for Elementary and Special Education. I'm available during the week with flexible weekends.
