About Mia

Hi! I recently graduated from Yuma Catholic and earned my Associate of Science degree from AWC, and I will be pursuing a career in pediatric nursing, I have always had a passion to work with kids! I have experience working with children through volunteering at the Yuma County Children's Museum for two years, where I helped lead activities, supervised children during events, and contributed to a safe and engaging environment, which strengthened my patience, responsibility, and communication skills. I am CPR and First Aid certified, allowing me to respond quickly in emergencies while prioritizing children's safety. I enjoy helping children learn and grow through play and interaction, and I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal and snack preparation, supervising swimming, teaching basic water safety, and keeping play areas clean and organized so parents can return to a tidy, stress-free home. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for every child!
