Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! I am a 20-year-old undergrad student at UC Berkeley studying to become a high school teacher. I have several years of experience working with children in educational settings. Before Berkeley, I worked for over four years as a teacher's aide in my community's Sunday school, teaching and managing classrooms of 20 students ages 6-12. I've continued working with local schools, including El Cerrito High School and Edna Brewer Middle School, supporting teachers and students as a classroom aide. I focus on creating a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves while still receiving the structure and support they need. I also have a year of experience in house and pet sitting, including caring for dogs with daily feeding and walks, maintaining pet areas, watering plants, light housekeeping, and ensuring homes are secure.
