Our nanny prior to Mia flaked frequently and stopped showing up. We were in a real tough situation and Mia helped bail us out. She was on time with everything, from the phone interview, to the in person interview, and to every morning where she was coming in to care for our daughter. Our daughter clicked with Mia so fast. Mia was caring, attentive, helpful, and all around pleasure to work with. We always felt at ease when she was in our home watching our daughter.
