About Mia

I highly recommend Mia for a position as a nanny. Mia started nannying for us in November 2024 when our daughter was three (3) months old. From the moment we met her, we instantly felt at ease and knew she would be the perfect fit for the job. I was extremely anxious about returning to work when my maternity leave ended, especially while my husband was deployed, but Mia helped make the transition seamless. There is nothing better than seeing our daughter’s face light up with joy when Mia arrives each morning. Mia truly cares about our daughter and goes above and beyond to ensure she always feels safe and loved. Mia helped me get our daughter on a schedule and worked with me as we navigated every milestone along the way, from rolling to starting solids and crawling and everything in between. She is flexible, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to be around. Mia is exceptionally reliable, trustworthy, and kind. When my daughter was sick, Mia even checked in with me over the weekend to see how she was doing and let me know she had been thinking about us. It’s evident that this is more than a job to her. Mia feels like a member of our family, and we all – our dog included – loved having her here each day! Our daughter absolutely adores Mia, and while I wish she could come with us to California when we move, knowing that she will brighten someone else’s day brings me joy! Hiring Mia to care for our daughter is by far the best parenting decision my husband and I have made. We would recommend her to anyone.
