About Mia

Hello families! I'm Mia (me-uh), I am 21 years old as well as an active and bubbly person. I am a youth swim instructor and I am ERF certified! I adapt well to different environments and children personalities! I am excited and ready to work with parents and their littles! I like working with kids because I love connecting with children. Their interests and the little things they point out on a trail or at a park are truly so meaningful! I want to embrace each child's developmental learning as I work with them. I started working with kids when I was about 12! I took a babysitting class at Lowell General and from there I began working with friends and family through caretaking. I went to school for early education and now I have my associates degree! I still nanny and babysit here and there, but I ready for this to be something longterm, a commitment of at least a year. In my spare time, I like to, go for a swim, go to the beach or take a nature walk!
