About Mia

Hello. First, I am a Lecturer at UNC Charlotte where I primarily teach writing and research. I am published writer and award winning researcher in the field of English Studies. I am also a certified cognitive skills trainer and am able to train cognitive skills such as attention, memory, visualization, and auditory processing. Building these skills also supports successful academic performance. I can work with a variety of ages in reading, writing, communication and cognitive skills. Additionally, I can provide concentrated help for high school students and upper level juniors and seniors, specifically, who are preparing for college. I can help with: 1. Senior Projects 2.
