About Mia

Nurturing children comes naturally to me, and I have four 6 years of experience caring for kids ranging from 3mo - 14 years of age. Previous babysitting roles showed me the positive impact I could have on young minds, motivating me to continue supporting families by providing reliable childcare. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and even educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm now on my 3rd year of college majoring in Pre-nursing. I believe in communication and collaborating with parents through regular updates via text or phone call, and following your day-to-day schedules or recommendations when a plan may be interrupted. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Sign Language (ASL). I am working on becoming CPR and First Aid certified for Infants, Children and Adults. I have my own transportation and proper licensing.
