About Mia

Hi there! My name is Mia, and I'm looking for the right family to help out! I have 10 years experience of childcare, from newborns to preteens, including daycare experience, full time nannying, and tutoring. I am CPR and first aid certified as well. I am currently in the pre-nursing program, so I'm looking for a family that is looking for part-time care that aligns with class schedule, or can be flexible. I absolutely adore working with kids, and being apart of helping them achieve milestones and learn and grow. I'm a big proponent of learning through play and the outdoors, and I love coming up with new activities and crafts! I am comfortable driving kids places and taking them on adventures, I have a reliable 4WD vehicle! Outside of school, I am a figure skating coach (I skated competitively growing up!), I also love to read, cook, camp, hike, ski, and paddleboard as well!
