Currently work as a Behavior Technician of children on the autism spectrum for almost 2 years now. I provide in home, daycare, or school implementation of ABA program through natural environment as a way to support children reach life skills. As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and enriching environment for children to grow and learn. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for caring for little ones. Since then, I've dedicated myself to supporting families by providing reliable childcare solutions. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to connect with children on a deeper level, fostering a sense of trust and friendship. I believe in open communication with parents. I'm comfortable following the household rules set by the parents and believe in reinforcing a positive and consistent environment for the child.
