I'm a 68-year-old woman and live in Huntingdon Valley. I'm looking for part-time work in the afternoon and the occasional evening. I completed a background check, child abuse clearance and fingerprinting in 2016 and worked for a year as a van driver for the UMSD, mostly driving children with special needs. I'm very outgoing, patient and have an easy time connecting with people. A lot of my babysitting experience was as a teenager and in my 20's. About five years ago I babysat for two boys for two years. I've been told kids and animals are drawn to me because of my soothing voice. In the nicer weather we would go outside and throw a football around. A teenager I babysat for was impressed with my basketball skills. I'd much rather do something interactive than have them play video games or watch videos.
