Hello my name is Merve, I'm a recent college graduate looking to assist a family in the care of their child/children. I'm looking for a flexible work schedule. My prior experience includes interning at the CSUN Child and Family Studies Center where I assisted the lead teacher in managing the classroom by supporting the learning environment and supervising class activities. Monitored the playground to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Arranged classroom meals and organized the classroom at the end of the day. I'm also an older sister to two younger siblings. Due to our large age gap, I virtually helped raise them.

Our 18 month old daughter loves Merve!  She's incredibly reliable. We've had her over many times and will continue to do so for as long as she's available.

Merve was a great babysitter for our kids. She handled school pick-up, engaged with them in activities, and was able to handle toddler meltdowns. We love having her as a babysitter! 

We were blessed to have Merve as our summer nanny, taking care of our three wonderful children aged 6, 4, and 1. Merve's exceptional care and devotion made this summer an unforgettable one for our family.

Merve's attentiveness and genuine love for our kids were evident from the very beginning. She skillfully kept them engaged and entertained, allowing my wife and me to work from home without worry. Her ability to connect with each child on a personal level was truly heartwarming.

Whenever we had errands to run, Merve stepped up to the task, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our kids at home. Knowing that our children were in her capable hands gave us peace of mind during our brief absences.

Our kids formed an instant bond with Merve, and their faces would light up with excitement whenever she arrived. They never wanted her to leave and always looked forward to her return. Her loving presence made a significant impact on their happiness and well-being.

We had very high hopes for Merve since she had such great reviews. We now realize they mostly pertained to families with older children or were for short periods of time. I preface all this with the fact that she is new to this field and probably just doesn’t understand how serious a nanny position is, and that was on us for taking a chance with her. We agreed when she was hired she would unload the dishwater, help with kid laundry, and generally be attentive to the baby, but that it was ok to watch some TV when he napped. She later complained that there weren&#39;t only baby bottles in the dishwasher, so said she would need to charge a higher rate. When a few of my clothes ended up in the kid laundry (because that can happen in families, especially with small babies), she tossed them over the TV rather than saying anything until we let her go. She sat and watched Love Island pretty much all day (with our baby sitting there facing the screen). On one day she said he was &#34;being bad&#34;...he was a 4 month old who had never been away from me before so cried. It still stuns me that to her that equates to &#34;being bad&#34;. In the 2 weeks we had her as a nanny, she called in sick at the last second on two separate occasions. She requested 3 days off for her third week of work (despite the fact we had agreed on a month&#39;s notice for &gt;1 day off). She might be a good babysitter, but she is not ready to be a full time nanny— certainly not for an infant.

Merve is wonderful sitter. She is kind, understanding, patient and creative. She was able to watch my 2 young children (4+2) on multiple occasions without any concerns or worries. Merve also would do crafts/activities with my children allowing them to explore and learn in new and fun ways. I highly recommend her services. 

Merve is an awesome sitter! She's dependable, timely, caring, responsible, and a ton of fun! My daughter never wants her to leave. She has a great energy and is wonderful with kids, highly recommend.

Very happy with her help. My kids enjoyed being with her. She was very professional, punctual, dedicated and specially proactive. I will definitely be calling her more often since I feel my kids are going to be very well taken care of with her.

Merve is such a pleasure! We've hired her now twice to babysit my 5 year old and 4 month old. She is so loving and kind with my children. I would definitely hire her again!
