We hired Merrill as a pet sitter (for a reactive dog) who stayed at our house while away, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they were professional, and communicative. While gone, she provided regular updates, including photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind. My dog looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time we were gone. It was clear they stuck closely to feeding schedules, walks, and routines. One thing I especially appreciated was how respectful they were of my home. Everything was clean and exactly how I left it when I returned. It honestly felt like I had a trusted friend looking after my dog and house.
