About Meredith

Hi I'm Meredith and caregiving has always been a huge part of my life. I've babysat for years with experience ranging from newborns to 10-year-olds including my former pediatrician's children. I've also worked as a Life Enrichment Director in senior living and spent a full year in memory care. I was a companion caregiver for seniors too so I'm well trained in patience, adaptability, and person-centered care whether for children or older adults. My mom was a lifelong teacher and made sure I carried forward her values of kindness structure and respectful discipline. I'm currently earning my second degree in Recreational Therapy fully online which gives me flexibility and even more tools for planning meaningful activities and care. I bring humor calm energy and warmth to every home and always aim to meet people exactly where they are! Whether your loved one needs playtime quiet companionship or something in between I'm here to help however I can!
