About Meredith

Nurturing children and helping them blossom has always been a passion of mine. With eight years of experience, I offer families a reliable and positive childcare experience. My background includes undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and nutrition, some graduate school coursework and First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am patient, creative, and adventurous, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports and educational games with children. Very health & wellness oriented. I am comfortable caring for up to 5 children, instilling positive values & management of households. I am happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, homework assistance and swimming supervision. Speak both English (native) and Spanish (intermediate).
