About Meredith

Hi! My name is Meri. I have 2 teenage daughters who have taught me the meaning of love and patience! My oldest daughter is Autistic and I have spent years understanding and learning how to advocate for someone who needs extra attention and focused care. I have spent the last couple years taking care of a special woman who has dementia and needs constant attention. I love learning about people I care for and find great pleasure in making sure they are having fun and smiling. My main goal is to make sure every day counts and to have the people I work with know they are valued and cared for. I am very active and have a strong background in physical health, including physical therapy, massage therapy, and yoga. I am up for anything and know I would be a great addition to your seniors life. Having a pet is a bonus and if you love music we are a perfect match!
