Dear Sir or Madam, We are thrilled to recommend Meredith G. as a nanny. Our family has had the pleasure of working with Meredith G. for a year. Meredith moved to Los Angeles not long before we did. Meredith brings real creativity and love to her job. She is adept at handling our two energetic kids, and always had great ideas for keeping them busy. She made homemade play-dough and a colorful rice table with our daughter, and now, even year later, these remain her favorite toys. Meredith focuses on developmentally stimulating play, whether it is art projects, reading favorite books, or "nature walks" with the kids, her experience as a teacher shines through. She is patient and kind, and we are never worried about our kids' safety and well being when they are with her. Meredith takes great initiative when it comes to caring for her kids - her car was always stocked with books for the children to read on the way to and from school, she made sure they had healthy snacks, and aided in preparing their dinners. She made sure to always talk to the teachers at our daughter's school, keeping us in the loop about her classroom activities, and how her day was. She is extremely trustworthy; I didn't hesitate to leave her in charge of running the house while we were at work. She was always on time, and rarely called in sick. My children genuinely love her.
