About Meredith

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to pursue a degree in speech-language pathology with a specialization in pediatric care. I've designed engaging activities and crafts for my therapy sessions that also make me a well-rounded childcare provider. I also have experience working with children with learning disabilities and in the autistic community. Creative, friendly, and compassionate, I maintain open communication with parents about their child's day through regular updates and follow their preferred communication method. Very comfortable enforcing household rules, I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational games, and doing arts and crafts with children. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. I also have early childhood education coursework and training in First Aid, CPR, and early child development.
