About Merdiana

I am a nursing student with hands-on experience caring for older adults in both long-term care and clinical settings. I worked in a long-term care facility for about 10 months in activities and front desk roles, and later worked as a CNA for 2 months providing direct patient care. As part of nursing school, I attend weekly clinical rotations where I regularly assist with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, patient safety, and emotional support for older adults under supervision. I am dependable, patient, and respectful, and I believe dignity and compassion are essential in elder care. I am comfortable assisting with daily care needs, companionship, meals, light care-related housekeeping, and medication reminders as permitted. I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment for both clients and families.
