Mercy cares for my mother who is 92 and has some memory problems. She quickly established a strong rapport with mom and is an extremely empathetic caregiver. She quickly became like a family member. Mercy is an extremely flexible and hard worker, working up to 70 hours a week when we were in a crunch and needed her. She is always happy and a real joy to be around. Finally, she is really smart; she gave up a career in molecular biology to be a caretaker. She has my highest recommendation with no reservations.
